We’ve always said we couldn’t put on this festival without the help of our many volunteers. This year we had over 1,300 volunteers give a total of 12,086 hours of hard work to help make the 2009 Festival happen.

On Sunday, some of those volunteers helped us collect and box up close to 8,000 pounds of non-perishable food items donated festival attendees. Also, a combine $5,735 was collected from the three Masses that morning. That money goes to various charities aided by the St. Brigid Social Action Committee.
