I understand that he/she will offer at least one four-hour shift of volunteer service at the event and I agree to assume all such risks on behalf of my child for his/her participation in the event. I furthermore certify that I have taken all necessary precautions to be certain that my child is in the appropriate physical and mental condition to participate in the assigned volunteer service to which I have agreed.
